"Honestly. I hardly ever leave reviews, I just feel like this time I had to. I had been trying to get help and answers since the beginning of the month. It is now the ending of the month. The person who was helping me was Lupe. She would always give me an excuse and never call me back when she said she would. I understand there are multiple clients and I was not the only one however, one day would pass then another then a week and still no call or even an update. She kept giving me the round and around and when I would call she was hardly ever available. Every time I asked if she had an update, she always would blame others and had an excuse. I could never get a straight answer from her. When she finally did give me an answer on my increased rate, it was incorrect. The whole process it was frustrating and upsetting. She wouldn’t even let me finish my sentences. She kept interrupting me every chance she had, assuming she knew what I was going to say and ask. Then when I finally was able to get some help. She got upset that I had involved somebody else, she said “why did you get somebody else involved? You’re confusing everyone, you do not need to get anybody else involved”. I am sorry, but I do need to get somebody else involved since she could not do her job, within a month time frame. I would not recommend for anybody to speak with her if you need any help. It will be a long delayed process, and you will most likely get some type of attitude and not be heard. This was honestly such bad customer service. As a person who has been working in customer service for more than 15 years now, this is not how to treat your clientele. However, I do want to say Cindy Coria went above and beyond for me. Within 30minutes she had answers for me and she answered all my questions. She understood me and she would explain things that nobody else has taken the time to explain. She honestly was amazing and made my stress be relieved. I had been dealing with this issue for a month and the fact that she solved within minutes was AMAZING!! I feel really grateful for her and her actions. Cindy is the one to go too!!"
